Yep. I don't bring the entire box of pulmozyme or tobi, but I peel the label off the box and stick it to one of the packets. Also, because DS is on a lot of liquid meds, I've flown with a baggie with prefilled oral syringes and have never been questioned.

i always get stopped in security with my vest but its just so they can check and make sure its not a bomb. they are pretty familiar (at least at the airports i've been through) with having medical equipment come through. as for the meds i pack them with icepacks and put them in a little lunchbox cooler and throw them in my suitcase. probably not the smartest idea in case the luggage gets lost...so carrying it on like others have said is probably the best idea.

we have the older Thairapy vest. we found a suitcase that fits perfectly with the new nebulizer at the top AND it's on wheels.
we check it at the gate and it's waiting for us right outside the airplane door after we land.
as for the meds I carry them on with me in an insulated bag.
I asked my pharmacist for smaller vials with just enough for the length of the vaca plus a day or two so I have everything in the 'original' containers.
thru security they usually check the vest but I've never been asked for the Dr.'s letters I have had with me.
