I would say not to let them scare you into not breasfeeding, breasfeeding has so many advantages and helps to develop the intestinal tract which I think can offer many advantages to a CF'er later in life (just my opinion nothing factual here). It seems if the baby is not gainign weight you could supplement but dont ditch the breastmilk all together.
