I'm Irish too and Eastenders is the bain of my life - my husband watches it and I hate it, it's so bad! I just found out at the weekend what lol means - for some reason I had it in my head that it meant love you lots , and for ages I thought everyone on this site was so loved up and I thought the arguments were sort of tongue in cheek anyway then my friend texted me something with lol at the end and I asked her anyway now I'm laughing out loud heh heh, felt like such a gobshite.
