altera nebulizer for cayston..not working?

Hi. My altera nebulizer system will turn on, but it won't dispense the medicine..it flashes a red light on the on/off button. Everything is plugged in correctly.. Anyone ever had this problem? and how did you fix it?
unfortunately i can't find the manual at the moment, so just thought i'd check here in the mean time!

Call the Pharm where You get Your Cayston and they will send you a new one. I had the same thing happen to me last year.

Check the batteries?..mine does the same thing when it needs batteries <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
