AM Routine - Food before or after treatment?

I always do my am treatments before eating, and I try to give myself a couple hours after dinner before doing my nightly routine. The excessive coughing brought on by the HS is enough to make me throwup, and not eating right before definitely helps.

I always spit... I go through a lot of heavy duty paper towels..

I probably swallow way more mucous than I realize. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0"> It just became a habit since I was a kid, plus I was diagnosed late. It's probably better to do your nebs and vest first before you eat. If you ever become diabetic you might have to change up the routine a little if you are low in the morning, but your routine is great for now. (I wish I could drag my ass out of bed and hop on the bike for 20mins!)

I eat after for sure! Sometimes I cough so hard I would vomit if I had a full stomach.

I usually am able to spit out my sputum with HTS, not always. I just keep a healthy supply of tissues next to me so I can spit into them.
