Another poop question

I think your poop question has been adequately answered, I just wanted to add that air purifiers are amazing, I got one a few years ago and with NO other changes in my lifestyle/meds/anything, my PFT values went up, and I felt better.

If your husband really doesn't want to spend a lot of money, just get a cheapie one - mine was only 30 bucks at target or walmart or something.

Hi, EVERYONE in the whole world seems to benefit from NeilMed or some such sinus rinse. It's spring, so stuff is blooming, the cats are shedding, the house is dusty or not well ventilated (or it's well ventilated but the allergens come in), etc., etc. Sinus mucus in the tummy is a bummer... GOOD LUCK
