I am about 31 weeks and am still using my vest. I have an electromed smart vest and all I did was call them and they sent me an extender so it can get wider as my belly grows. It is safe to use it up till the end.

If you have a Hillrom/Advanced Respiratory Vest, they have a "chest vest" that you can use too (which I didn't find out about until after I had Ab <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif" border="0"> ).
