I think the anti-inflammatory diest can be great for those who can follow it. I tried it a few months ago and had to give up on it because i lost quite a bit of weight by following it. My blood sugars were the best they had ever been, but the weight loss i didnt like and couldnt seem to avoid, so i gave up on it. I am still following some of the guidelines though. Trying to limit cold cuts, processed foods and such, but i can't give it up all together, since i am now trying to gain back what i lost. Good Luck with the diet.
