Any Vegetarian/Vegan CF's on here?

I am happy to see more CF adults eating well<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I have seen a huge difference in my diet lately. After being a very strong probiotic for over two months, I am now able to add in many EFA (essential fatty acids) to my diet each day.

Almond oil, hazelnute oil, avocado oil, hemp seeds, coconut oil, olive oil and toasted sesame oil. Of course I do not use all of these oils in one day.

I include four teaspoons of three or more oils each day to my drinks and food.

My skin has improved, my muscles feel great and my mind is much calmer.

love the almond oil the best. When I take a tablespoon of almond oil on a slice of kamut bread, I feel like I just had a glass of wine. Very relaxing!

I just ordered a case of the drink "Hemp Bliss" from whole foods market.
There are only six grams of sugar and six grams of protein. I like this one a lot.
