Just wanted to mention that they don't recommend incline tables or hanging upside as much anymore. The reason is they realized that being upside down can cause stomach acid to come back up (acid reflux) and actually aggravate a lung infection. So, there are pros but cons too!
That being said, I still do it on occassion to help me move something; but not regularly anymore.
