Anyone culturing haemophilus?

Austin always seems to culture Stapgyloccus Aureus and Moderate growth of Haemophilus Influenza and moderate growth of Normal Flora. They usually don't treat him unless he is showing symptoms. he has cultures PA 2 times.

We have also been on Zithromax three times a week for about a year now.

Avery hasn't had many sinus issues since her diagnosis. So I hope the haemophilus doesn't change that.

I forgot to mention Pseudomonas, she has been free of it for 10 months now...yeah!!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Yes, Andrew cultures HFlu from time to time. He has never been treated for it. Our bigger concerns are the PA and aspergillus, since he has ABPA. I wonder if the meds he takes for PA work double duty by keeping the HFlu under control.

Congrats on being pseudomonas free!
