I just love this site so much because I can come on here with questions, or vent about whatever and everyone hear completly understands. Family and friends can only understand to a certain point. After that you're on your own - that's why I love all the people on here - they totally understand where you're coming from.

This community is so awesome!
We are working to improve the forums...(and get sponsors to help with the costs)
These forums have been running continuously since 1996, but never with such a strong community as we have now.
Sometimes, we have server trouble etc.
It happened while we were sleeping in NJ, so you may have been "just getting home from work" in California.
So glad you appreciate the effort.
Bill in IT is working on a simplified organization of the topics, but with this forum, we may be limited to the design.
We have over 60,000 SEARCHABLE messages which are a treasure to the community.
We are looking to upgrade and keep our own database....hmmm this may limit us to an upgrade of the system we already have.

That time frame makes sense!! I had connection for the first half of the day (Yea, I still get my dose in, too, ya know!), but near the end of the day, I thought it was either the server over here in Japan, or the server at the CF Forum!! I tried my mobile dial up with the same result, so I knew it wasn't the computers!
Well, at least I got my fix before going to bed!!
