For the last week I have been having these headaches on my right side. It feels a little bit full of pressure too. Now I am a total health hypocondraic about my health anyway but I have been letting this just see what happens. I get these headaches and pressure only on the right side and not sure why. I feel more presssure when I cough. It all started after I had the 10 sec dizzy spell and REALLY bad headache after i took an inhaler a week ago. Anyone an ideas? I mean if there wasnt enough oxygen getting to my brain wouldnt it be both sides hurting and not just one, or wouldt my fingers be blue or something? Im just trying to figure out what this could be.

Migranes maybe?

Headaches and dizziness are known side effects of inhalers. It's probably nothing serious, but it is probably a good idea to let your doctor know about it, especially if it continues.

I was having those about a week ago too, because I was sick. I had a horrible cold and was using my inhaler like twice a day, b/c the coughing was so bad (and I was on the HTS, so I did one puff with that). I called my doctor and he put me on abx, and soe far the headaches are gone. I am thinking my head was so full of pressure from being sick, that it caused those headaches. Have you been feeling sick lately? Had any colds? It could be sinus pressure, in which case you would prob just need some abx.

Hope you feel better soon!

Well youre not going to drop dead of a heart attack or brain anurism or something...I think this is pretty common. I get these headaches alot when I cough, and sometimes when I cough my whole body tenses/freezes up and tingles. Its not good, and it so painful sometimes.
I started going to the chiropractor regularly and that helps with the headaches and tingles from coughing.

I do also get headaches sometimes and mostly it is because the muscles in the neck/ shoulders are hardened. One aspirin helps and a massage too.

I get these too, especially when I do my PFT's. With it being just on one side, I'd see about getting your sinuses checked. Mine are acting up right now (we are having a record breaking pollen season here, and they said on the news that the mold is bad, too- I have a mold allergy*sigh*). I'm going to pick up my Cipro for my sinuses today...

It could be a lot of things. My first impression is migraines or cluster headaches. Which can be caused by a couple things. Your nerves can be firing too much, or you could be getting too much blood flow to your head, which means increased pressure. Its worse when you cough because coughing increases the pressure in your head. For me personally, I get them at the top of my head and behind my eyes. I've had chronic headaches for years. It got to the point that I was taking so much over the counter pain meds that my doc was worried about my stomach and kidneys. I started amytiptiline (also for depression) and calcium (which I already took), fever few, and magnesium. All of which are great for headaches. It took a while but I am doing much better, and I only take tylenol a couple times a week.
