Anyone live in California?

Hey Starbucks,

I'm near Sacramento, CA. I have lived here my whole life and been seen by the Sutter Memorial Hospital CF team.

Kori, I think Sacramento might be the closest accredited center to Hayfork. But you're still talking about a 4 hour car drive! I'm sure there are other hospitals along the way, but as far as CF centers go, Sac is the closest. There are two to choose from in Sacramento, Sutter and UC Davis. I know we have members on this board that are familiar with both (I go to Sutter)

Enjoy your trip! I imagine it will be HOT! We go to Red Bluff every August and it's always over 100 degrees. Dry heat though, easier to take than humidity.

Have you heard about the retreat for teens and adults connected to CF? I don't plan to go this year, because that would involve finding childcare for my kids but I have gone in the past and it's a great place to meet other CFers. I live in Sacramento too, near UC Davis, and go to the UC Davis clinic. It's nice to see there are choices for clinics for CF'ers around here.
