No, I don't take that pill; I've actually never heard of it. As far as taking large pills, I used to be very good at it, swalling three creon 20's at a time. However, I switched medication to the pancreas MT 20 and even though they are about the same size I find it hard to swallow three now. Basically you just need to swallow less at a time, or if you're only swallowing one pill anyways then you could always break it up depending on what kind of pill it is. If it's one that is put together with those two plasticy like pieces with all the little tiny medicine inside then you can pull that one in half and then dump the little medicine onto a spoonfull of jelly (I'm sure there are also other things you can do, but this is what I used to do when I was little). If it's one like a vitamin where it's whole you could always just snap it in half and then swallow each half seperately. Hope this helps!

Hmmm, well some things my grandma said to do are to wet your mouth before you take a pill and keep your head straight, don't tip your head back because it closes your throat up. If that doesn't help you take your pill better then I'm out of ideas, lol. If you absoloutely feel as though you can't take your pill perhaps you could ask your doctor for another pill that isn't so big. But I don't know how much trouble you have with that pill or if you can manage to take it, even if it does take awhile to swallow. I got some new pills for my osteoporosis and they are kind of big, and they're heavy, which I'm not used to; all of my pills are light and kind of float. So what I do is just take one at a time and when it's in my mouth I make sure that it's aimed to go down my throat so that it'll go down length wise and then I swallow when I feel ready. I really hope you find a solution to your problem soon!

I used to be good at swallowing too but lately when I put my fish oil tablet in I gag, making me vomit. I hate that and so now Im too scared to take it. If its in a capsule though, the likelyhood is that it will probably slide down quite easily, despite its size. Try not to think about anything at all, just take a deep breadth and go for it!

HELLO MY HUSBAND TAKES ACTIGALL. HE STARTED TAKING IT WHEN HE WAS YOUR AGE AND NOW HE IS 23. FROM THE TIME HE WAS 13 TILL HE WAS 19, HE HAD TROUBLE TAKING PILLS, SO YES THAT DOES HAPPEN TO OTHER PEOPLE. HE SAID TO PUT THE PILL IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR TONGUE, FILL YOUR MOUTH WITH LIQUID, THEN TAKE A BIG SWALLOW AND PRETEND THERE IS NOTHING IN YOUR MOUTH BUT THE FLUID. HOPE THIS HELPS!!! AND GOOD LUCK, YOU CAN CONQUER THE PILLS!!!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
