oh wow, very interesting. I am also a sci fi fan, the possibilities (in sci fi world) of what could happen in this scenario are endless!

my dogs find mine particularly tasty which really grosses me out.

Hmmm...mucus as a food source...yuck! Doesn't really surprise me, though. Any species that finds dead flesh to be an all-you-can-eat buffet probably would like lung oysters, too...

Eww...why did I say that?! I'm all itchy now...

Hey SeanDavis, its good to read your stories again. Just so you know, my chickens knock each other out to get at my lung oysters, and then I eat them. Ahhhh..... the food chain.
