Hey all,

I have recently just switched from chewable ADEKS to the new (fairly) ADEKs gel capsules. Really, the only reason I switched was because the chewables are on back order at my pharmacy and I needed a refill asap. Anyway...this is my first time on them and I just have to ask...is it just me or do they taste and smell AWEFUL?!?! I mean, I've only been on these for about a week, and every day after I take them, I'm burping their nasty taste ALL DAY. The chewables aren't tasty either, but I'm used to them and in comparison to these, the chewables taste like Heaven, lol. Anyone else experience this??

Well i take the SourceCF softgels and yes they smell bad, but i take them with a meal. I havent had the bad aftertaste you talk about though. I've never had the ADEKs liquid capsule though? maybe its different. btw Send brady quin to the bears, they need a QB, you have Derek anderson <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

My doc wants me to take them twice a day... I'd rather just take a multivitamin and extra A/D, E, and K from the vitamin store. Just thinking about the adeks is making me gag right now.
