I just picked up a refill the other day with no problems (but am using the 20%).
When I used to use Walgreens (yuck!) and they didn't have something, I had them check other Walgreens in the area and have them transfer the order to that store for a quick fix.
Double check that they are trying to fill the right script - I've had problems with them filling scripts wrong (even on refills) on multiple occasions, which led to my pharmacy change. They just seem to have too many pharmacists that come and go, and don't communicate with each other <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">
