IMO, you should call the CF clinic. Could be she's being misdiagnosed. A friend of mind had gallbladder issues with similar symtoms. Have they done an Ultrasound to see if it's something else -- bowel, kidney, gallbladder...?
I agree about getting checked for other things- especially liver and gallbladder issues. Both can cause pain in the back and it is a really horrible pain when it gets to that point <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> . Hopefully (???) it is "just" a reaction to the meds (you can develop problems with a drug you used to take all the time- I had that problem with the Tobra related drugs) and she's feeling better soon!
But especially with the throwing up, I would take her to the cf clinic and let them set her up with doctors who are familiar with cf issues. Can you contact the cf clinic and tell them that you are on your way to the emergency room at their hospital? I would think that this would be the quickest way to get someone on it. You DON'T want her getting dehydrated on top of all this. Let us know how it goes.
