My daughter Hannah had horrible reflux. (My older daughter Kayla had terrible tummy aches, and we used a lot of the Mylicon drops, but we didn't know she had CF at the time. Apparantly she needed more, but we didn't know what was going on) Anyways, she was on Zantac, but a high dosage. I don't remember how much, but I do remember the pharmacist commenting about the dosage. Her reflux was just so bad. We even tried other types of reflux meds. But, 7 years later, I don't recall which ones. I would give clinic a call if he is that miserable. They should be able to give more advice. With my older daughter, she was having bad tummy aches this past spring, and we ended up giving her a dose of Prilosec in the am, and one in the pm. Tummy aches were gone after that. It seems that they just wouldn't last long enough to help her through 24 hours until the next dosage. Hope he starts feeling better.

My Son may have CF, he does have terrible GERD (reflux)... We have
raised his crib, and I also put a hot bean bag in his crib -- helps
a bit... however we are up about ever1.5hrs with a screaming &
fussy baby...
