Baby's first cold

Yes, my daughter has w1282x, her other one is y1032c.

<br />I'm following the atalauren, and hoping that by 2012 they will start the under six study, right when Alyssa turns 6.

The first cold was the worst! Someone else suggested talking to your CF clinic. I agree. They think differently than your family doctor. My family doctor always tells me to talk to the CF clinic anyway.

When my son gets sick he will sometimes have infection in his sinuses & he needs antibiotics to get over it. The whole family had a cold last month. We were all over it by the 4th day but my son's symptoms seemed to linger. Turns out he had a sinus infection which then lead to an ear infection.

Just keep a close eye. They always tell me to watch the colour of his nasal discharge. If its green they usually have me bring him in.

I don't know if you use a nebulizer but if u do, my son's cf ped suggests lots of saline nebs. When my son is congested he actually seems to love the saline neb.
