Thank you so much for all your advice. I despise bananas...with a passion...lol. But I have (up until a couple of weeks ago, i guess) been trying to eat them more often. I had one the other day and the cramps were fine that night, but came right back the next night. I looked up foods high in Potassium and had my mom get some at the store, but I didnt think of gatorade. Thats a really good idea.
The back pain is better since I have been more consistent in my treatments, the last three days. I havent been sick in a long time and I think I am kind of not in the mood to call the doctor. I have gone a while without making a sick call and dont want to ruin that record. I think I will make some changes to my diet first and if the problems are still bothering me call next week.
If the back pain was infection, would it go away and come back like that? Do you think my doctor would just prescribe a magnesium or potassium supplement or would he need to test for a deficiency?
