I find that I sweat more/stink more when I don't have my sugars under control. This may or may not be your issue, but have you checked your sugars lately?

Is it a classic body odor smell? This may sound odd, but I only ask because my husband always notices I put off a definite odor when I'm on heavy IV's. He says it's kind of a chemically odor mixed with sweat. He says its not terrible, like actual body odor, but definitely a distinct smell and not necessarily pleasant. I can't smell it myself because, like Lindsey, I can hardly smell anything after countless sinus surgeries (maybe 7?). I also have to depend on my husband to tell me what I smell like <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">.

You didn't mention anything about being on IV's but I thought I'd mention it just in case. It's just strange that it came on so suddenly so I was trying to think of anything it may be.

Like others have said, I also seem to sweat a lot. Now I may have to try Certain Dri! I also seem to sweat more when I'm taking prednisone. Maybe it's just cuz I'm bouncing off the walls!

Yup, I'm stinky too. I put on that Clinical Strength Dove deodorant. Constantly! I tend to sweat a lot too. I also can't smell so I was my clothes all the time and even with dry cleaning will only wear a shirt once before I get it dry cleaned. I also depend on my boyfriend to smell my armpits. Charming.

Just a thought my sister who had CF had a strong odor when she ate garlic. It was really strong sometimes. We figured she was maybe allergic to it. Sometimes we are what we eat.
