yes. I always used to grab a banana without an enzyme, and my mother would yell at me. Bananas do have a little fat in them.

Yes. I always take 1 or 2 enzymes before I have a banana. I take them if what I am eating has any fat in it at all.

yes I take one enzyme but I usually combine fruit with a protein source. I love bananas and they are so healthy for you. They are good at putting you to sleep.

Kait does not take enzymes with bananas, we were always told that she didn't need to.

I was told that you dont need to take enzymes with fruits and vegetables because they dont have any fat in them. Its only the foods that contain fat.

I was only told to take my enzymes with fatty food also. It's always worked for me. Never had any problems with veggies or fruit or drinks. Everything else I take them with, but then I don't take as many enzymes as some on here, just one Creon 20 with meals.

I only take enzymes with fatty stuff. Stuff like vegetables and other relatively fat free non junk food stuff, I don't take my enzymes. I'm sure it might help to absorb some of the carbs and nutrients maybe, but it won't lead to oily stools. And trust me, you don't want to try and sit on an oily stool at the bar, you will go sliding right off!
