Anyone taking any supplements for working out? I am taking a small amount, mostly just branch-chain amino acids but I was wondering if anyone else has any recommendations or experience to share?

BCAAs are the most important supplement, especially if your goal is to build lean muscle. I flavour my water with BCAAs all the time, making sure to have them pre and intra workout. Also not a bad idea to have some BCAAs first thing in the morning before breakfast to replenish the body from fasting overnight.
