bearer of bad news :(

yes..she lost her battle with cf today. she went to the same clinic i go to .. she had just gotten listed for a double lung transplant. im not sure exactly what happened either..but the day before yesterday we also lost another CFer named tom, who she was very good friends with. its not fair, they were taken so young. please everyone say a prayer for our angels who were taken this week from this terrible disease. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> Rest in Peace. <3

I was shocked to hear of Tina's passing <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> She was so young & beautiful..

missT: i feel the same way you do. I am shocked. I even posted a question about this on another forum. I just don't get how they could be fine (hanging in there, complying, under close care of the clinic) and then that's it, from one day to the next- gone. Was there NOTHING more the doctors could do to help them?? How could it turn so suddenly??
I am thinking of Tina (and her child and family) constantly.
