Eflow is not approved in the US for use with Tobi or Pulmozyme. Something about the amount of medication may be too much with the efficiency of the machine. They need to figure out what the right dose needs to be for use in the Eflow. At least that is what I heard from a CF Center nurse.</end quote></div>

Hmmmmmm, cool blog. Thanks for posting. I wonder why she had that info. I am enrolling in the Aztreanam Lysine EAP and they don't want you to use the E-Flow for other meds for the reason I posted. Maybe that is not the real reason. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to use it for everything. That would be fabulous. I haven't gotten it yet. Liza, do you use one for your kiddo?

We still use a regular compressor -- Pari or Devillbiss. He's on Duoneb, Tobi and Pulmozyme. At this point, in terms of convenience, he doesn't have an issue sitting still for 30-60 minutes at a time doing his vest and nebs because he only gets to play xbox during those times. Would be great if we travelled more or once he gets involved in more activities and is on the go.
