It might be your coughing method more then anything. Joni a/k/a BelEache switched to my clinic & found out her way of coughing is what was preventing her from getting the full benefit of the vest.
What I will say is that I like the vest for maintenance (as a rule), but if I am truly sick there is nothing like manual clapping for me!!
