ok i just heard from welfare and they have informed me that my medical is stopping at the end of the month.........i just recently got married and my husband is in the army and i got put on to his insurance, the onlyl thing is that is insurance only cover some of my medication....i cant come up with the money that the insurance company wont pay for........what am i going to do, i mean i need my mediction..like everyone with cf does.....does ne one have ne advace for me..please share it with me..<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

Hey Snickers1228 I had some insurance problems like u are having so I called the Doc and I dont know what they said to that insurance company but the same day they call we got the ok to get the meds. that I need so I would start there first that is what I did a few years back. I hope u get something work out Dustin

is your husband active duty army or a reservist. TRICARE will cover all of your CF medications if you appeal the denial for coverage. Out of curiosity, what are they saying they won't cover? Also, are you trying to get your medication filled at a Military Treatment Center (MTF) or a civilian pharmacy? That will make a difference. I was curious if you were saying the insurance would ONLY cover medications, I couldn't really decipher that from the email or if you meant they would pay for ONLY SOME of your medications.
