My Prograft has to be kept away from light really, so i try and keep it in the box (after the the extra thing that it is in to keep it completely away from light) for as long as possible. Mainly because the leaflet with it says when the special package is opened it is only good for 3 months. And then it is still kept in box and in a strip. I wouldn't want to take a single pill out and keep it a whole week.
Same goes for Magnesium supplements and Calcichew, i notice that they get soft (have to chew them). And i don't know if anything other will chance
