Here's the CFF info from their website:

<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>Fasting Blood Glucose - A fasting blood glucose is a blood sugar level taken after a person has not eaten
any food (or drank any fluids containing sugar) for at least 10 hours. A fasting blood glucose should normally
be less than 126 mg/dl. If it is higher, it could indicate the presence of diabetes.</end quote></div>

I would get tested too <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> . My fasting blood sugars are normal, but my 2 hour is high. I just started a diabetes med. The later I get up in the morning lately, the higher my fasting number is.

Oh, if you take your meter with you, you can do a stick everytime they do a draw or stick, and then compare your meter numbers to the "official" ones, and see how close your meter is. Mine was pretty close!
