Bra Purchases

I was curious as to how often you purchase bras. This is one thing that I hate to spend a lot of $$ on yet I know its worth it. I dont recall the last time I bought any so that should say its been awhile. Tonight as I am doing my treatment I look down & notice that I am a bit saggy so this one must be especially stretched out. I am rough on mine by the way I put them on and am always picking at them to be comfortable etc. Any input?

I'm on the look out for a comfy bra whenever I think I might have spied one!(LOL). I've had the most luck with sport bras (and then I put a few adjustment stitches in them wherever they need it). It is so hard finding a good fitting bra (especially in the small ribcage, big, ahem, cup size bras) that doesn't have underwires that make my ribs hurt, or are uncomfortable when I cough or do my vest, cut up under the fronts of my armpits or hit in the wrong spot on my back and make it sore (I have mild scoliosis). But I do start looking a little harder when I notice the problem you mentioned! As a matter of fact, that's where I am now in the "new bra rotation"- and getting a little desperate!

Well prepreg I was a DD, now I'm DDD...so I have to buy 'good' bras (the expensive kind), or else...well, you get the idea. Saggy baggy.
I like the Victoria's secret full coverage double lined angel bra, and the secret embrace one too. They run about $35.

Do they carry those in a 34 DDD or 36 DD? Are they underwires? I quit shopping there for bras several years ago, since they didn't carry the 34s and 36s in DD and DDD. If they're not underwires, I'm feeling a trip to the mall coming on!

Well not being near a DD Being only a B to a C (depending on the weight I am that month). I buy mine from walmart. They are the kind that are padded (for my confidence) and they have a plastic hook in the front that has 3 different levels of hooks. They are only about $9. Im not all about spending a ton on a bra. But they fit real good with all the Cf issues that we have to deal with our bras.

I tend to put some investment into my bras. I do like some of the Victoria's Secret lines. I have found some really comfy well fitting ones there. I tend to buy a new bra once a year. I take after my grandmother in the fact that I'm small everywhere (4'9 and 93lbs) except my bust (I literally think all my weight is in those things), so I considered bras an important investment. Besides when I'm wearing a bra I like, my whole world seems a tad bit brighter.
