Bruises?

cipro messes with vitamin k which creates clotting issues, thus giving you bruses and cuts that bleed more than they should and all that fun stuff, if i had to guess that's the problem, i have the same thing happen to me

i also bruise easily because of a low platelet count. thats due to my liver and spleen being enlarged. i think i can safely say that it is due to something cf related, and i would absolutely call the doctor. that's what the doctor is there for, and when it comes down to it, who cares how many people get annoyed about a thousand phone calls, it is your kid that we're talking about here, you know? so definately call. you're doing the absolute right thing. and DEFINATELY get used to calling your doctor a lot when it comes to cf lol
