A few years ago, I called the Pari to ask about the mask and whether or to keep the top of the nebulizer piece on. They said as others have mentioned that if the mask has holes on it, then you should remove the top piece. I still can't bring myself to remove it. If I do my kids like to blow out all of the medicine out the top.
