too true. although i dont have ceftaz i take cefepime which is very similar and smells just the same. one time when i was iv's i decided to wear my favourite perfume without remembering that i sweat cat pee. well, the perfume mixed with the cat pee sweat and boy did it smell bad! so a warning to others, dont wear perfume if you are on iv's that make you smell.

I do inhaled cephtaz- since October for my cepacia. It has been WONDERFUL. I highly recommend trying it if you have cepacia. Yeah it smells like cat pee and is gross at first to inhale, however, it does not make YOU smell like cat pee the way that the IV does. I dont know why.
