Nicole & Skye,
Glad you found the article useful, especially for your IVF, Nicole. I too have tracked this phenomenon, especially when I was fighting Aetna for coverage of my Vest: I got my prescription records from the pharmacy to show decreased abs since getting the Vest. Not statistically significant change, but I did see several years of monthly exacerbations.
This month, a couple days before my period, I googled CRP and menstruation because for once I was getting the body feeling of high CRP (achy weakness) with almost no lung issues. Usually, I think of the lung tightness/increased mucus as brewing a bacteria or virus and THEN me getting the overall body reaction. Maybe sometimes the other way around.
I am doing well exacerbation-wise now for several months, but my next planned action if I lose this streak is to do YAZ in three month cycles. My primary care doctor thought of it.
