So I've always wanted abs, pecs, and veins to show in my arms. Basically, muscular. But I've always read that you have to remove the fat in between muscle and skin. And I have to have a calorie deficit to do that. But my docs say I must eat 3,000 calories in a normal day and 4,000 if I workout, but they said I can eat healthy. But if I eat that many how will I get those desirable muscles and veins? Is my metabolic rate higher? Is the amount of calories I burn more or something? I'm very confused, I want nice looking 6 pack abs, muscular pecs (not exactly bodybuilder status but legit pecs like, pecs you know that are pecs. I've been loosely doing P90X(no diet guide and I haven't been doing the cardio, but I've been eating relatively healthy, but I stopped about 3 weeks ago). I currently take Creon (the bigger size not the smaller size, idk the specifics or whatever). Please checkout my other post
OH AND...
Ya know when extremely fit guys (oh I'm a 16 year old guy WITH MILD-MEDIUM CF) have they're ribs showing, well how do they get them like that? It's like only 2-3 ribs show right bellow the pecs, and then it's like there's skin on top of the rest going down. Are those the obliques that do that? Or what is that? And how can I remove fat, safely with CF?
Sorry with all these questions this is something I've thought about for a good 6-8 months and no other site I found is dedicated to CF that helps everyday people with it
