We are waiting on the genetic testing results but in the meantime I'm noticing that my little ones spit up smells like vomit... and her poop well it smells like dog poop... is this normal??? She seems to be okay isn't really fussy or anything...but the smells are horrible... I am also under the impression that the rice cereal we are adding to her formula(good start soy) is masking some of the symptoms we were seeing previously to doing that. I stopped using it with every bottle because then she didn't poop for over 36 hours which I was not comfortable with. Anyone else experience these types of things when there kids were under 2 months??? probably being paranoid but am concerned.

Is she pooping now?! What color is the spit up? Is it normal curdled milk spit up or is it a different color? Also soy and predigested formula can smell pretty awful. Have they prescribed anything for reflux such as an acid reducer? Have they conducted a fecal fat test?
