insulin receptors are on muscles.

so if you work out and build muscle, in you increase insulin receptor sites which can increase insulin sensitivity.

so long story short - it's wise for ALL cfer's to exercise for the exact reason that you gave <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

it can make a HUGE difference, I have read many posts, artciles, research etc about this when trying to learn about GD, some women swear by a 1/2 walk after dinner to keep their fasting blood sugar in check.

Please dont feel the need to eat your same 'safe' things. YOu can experiment but you HAVE to count carbs and consdier whether they are all quick acting.
