I don't know about the line itself, but I would question the safety of the rays while on some heavy antibiotics.

Hi, I tanned my whole life (picc line or not). I was in the natural sun and the only problem I had was the sweating. It would def irritate my dressing. I am a rebel and change it myself most of the time....but I would never advocate that. I def agree with everyone else that you may end up burned becuase of the antibiotics. If your going to do it wear SPF and dont forget the eye goggles.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
