<P>  you put your hand over your chest? This is a new symptom for me and I just wondered how common it is. When I put my hand a little bit below my shoulders (upper lobe area), I can feel like a friction rub or something. Just wondered if this is part of normal symptoms, something interstitial or worth pursuing more seriously.</P>

I can feel my lung vibrate (to the touch) when I'm wheezing really badly. Sometimes it's deep, in my lower lobes, other times it's where I think you're describing. Maybe you've got some strong wheezing?
