CF Arthritis - CF Arthropathy

I have pulmonary osteo-arthropy, which I think is the same as CF arthropy. In the case of CF, it's often caused by an overabundance of antibodies in our blood in response to infection (hence why it gets worse during exacerbations). The antibodies can cause all sorts of joint issues and the primary symptom is serious pain, particularly in the long bones.
