Hi All,

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with a baby girl who has been diagnosed with CF. We currently live in Los Angeles but may be re-locating to San Diego. I'm looking for input on the quality of care at CF clinics in Southern California. We want a clinic that is aggressive and up-to-date in their thinking. We've met with CHLA (Children's Hospital Los Angeles) and they seem good from our initial conversation but I think it's impossible to judge having never been treated there.

If anyone has info/opinions regarding one of the following, please share:

Children's Hospital of Los Angeles
UCLA
Miller Children's at Long Beach
Children's Hospital of Orange County
Rady Children's Hospital San Diego
Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles

Any response would be super helpful and appreciated. We need to decide on insurance for the baby and that depends on which clinic we want her to go to.

Thanks, Heather
