CF Commercials

My mother in law was telling me about a commercial she saw about CF (it may just be airing in Canada) and I cant seem to find it online to see it.

It's of a boy laying in a pool with only his face above the water and it says something like "CF patients can feel like they are drowning" and then he sinks into the water.

Disturbing message but part of me wants to see it. What is with the media these days and their CF commercials? Remember the one of the boy brushing his teeth and then he deflates? Such a strong image but it made me notice CF and that was before Alysa was diagnosed.

I guess in today's society they need to go for the "shock factor" to make people remember.

Anyway... anyone know where I can find that commercial?

Well that is difficult. I am not sure that I am real pleased with that being part of an ad campaign. Why don't they advertise how the successful partnership of medical care, pharmacutical research, and charitable organizations is making gains in care and close to breaking through for CF and many other problems. Here endeth the sermon.
