Cf documentary on Tlc wednesday! The girl is told she has 6months to live and needs her double lung transplant and shes fixing to be married. Was making this aware for everyone who may have not known!

I saw this too Carly, thanks for posting. The title of her documentary is "Love on the Transplant List". It aired in the BBC but not in the states. For some reason I never even thought of looking for it on youtube! I'm glad TLC is airing her story, however, I'm not sure if it is the same documentary or their own production. TLC is calling it "Breathless Bride: Dying to Live". I have been following Kirstie's blog for some time now and it is quite a remarkable story. She did receive lungs after the wedding, just in the nick of time. She is doing well now! It's already on YouTube under the name that it was on BBC- Love on the Transplant List. It's really good IMHO.

www.topdocumentaryfilms.com is a great place to find stuff like this. Especially stuff from the BBC. It never fails to amaze me that the BBC is running educational documentaries in primetime, while we mindlessly watch American Idol and The Bachelor. The documentaries we do get in this country are either stupid or wild speculation (Finding Bigfoot?).
