This League was created for all levels of fantasy football skill in an effort to establish a fun and competitive way to raise funds and awareness for a cause that is very important to me - curing Cystic Fibrosis.<br><br>The format of the league is simple. Within the CFFFL there will be two skill levels; Rookie and Pro. Within Rookie and Pro le<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline; ">agues, there will leagues with 10-12 teams per league set up for competition.
