All I hear right now is Ball, ball, ball, ball, ball, Dada and the occasional mama...so I'm not much help on this one!

My little Asia woke this morning - very mad and kicking : I DON"T want to be a raindear - it's BORING!"
she has a big imagination and we get an insight when she's sleeping and talking - screaming... <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

My daughter was in the phone talking to her friend(they are both 9). They were discussing what they got for the Holidays. I over heard my daughter say" Santa must have elves in China, cause the teddy bear I got from Santa had a tag on it that said made in China" She was completely earnest, it was so cute. Next year we should make sure we cut those tags off. Not CF related but just funny.

My daughter was memorizing the states and capitals. She asked me, "Mom, how many states were there when you were born?"

Geez! Do I really look that old? ;-)

Slightly different perspective as the mom with cf, but still applies...
Tuesday night daddy went to church and we stayed home. (normally we all go together tuesday night) She asked 'why can't you go with your I.V pole, mom?' As I started coming out with a 'well I could, but I don't really feel like it...' line she interrupts with a 'yes, yes well its because everyone will laugh at you, right!' <img title="Surprised" src="include/wysiwyg/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-surprised.gif" alt="Surprised" border="0" />

Nothing like the innocence of a child to make you stop feeling sorry for yourself!

we were in KFC about a week ago , and madison decides now is te best time to make a stinky, she informs me she has to poop. as we are walking to go to the bath room she announces to EVERYONE she passes that she stinks or she has to poop ugh things kids say!
