Quick question for the men, I was always told it was near impossible for a Man with CF to have children. For the men out there who have kids, did you go through any genetic screening or any special procedures?

It's <b>near</b> impossible. I think it's a 98% chance. There are some CF men here who had kids via IVF (Julie's Mark comes to mind first). There are also a few men who kids the natural way (I don't remember those names). I talk to a young man who thought he was safe and got his girlfriend knocked up anyhow. It does happen, it's just rarer than not.
