CF on 7th Heaven

I am sitting here watching 7th Heaven and low and behold the father and younger daughter are doing a benefit for kids with CF.... Thought that was kind of cool.. I don't know if they are going to do anything else with it but... it was mentioned like 3or 4 times....it was the younger girls friend who has CF and so they were all pitching in...

Kind of cool

I am in tears it was such great publicity.. I wish you guys all could have seen it..

Ruthie the younger girl was at the hospital and her friend came in that has CF and RUthie was telling her how great she looked.. and she said thanks I got a new set of lungs thanks to my dad and my aunt..She went on to say about the lung transplant she got... and RUthie was saying how great it is and how happy she was for her, and the girl said...THanks but It will be really great when they find a cure for CF.


I think it brought a good sense of awareness one for living donor transplants.. and second for cystic fibrosis...

I don't usually get to excited for when CF is mentioned on air cause it usually is so brief.. but this was really good.....

YAH US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the link if you go under complete bio you can see.. that her step sister really has CF like Nicole said but also that she did in fact get a living donor lobe transplant....
