Cf Patients and Communal Showers in Hospitals???

The idea of using a communal shower just makes my stomach flip!! Even when I went to college, I went through the disabilities office and got a dorm room with a private bathroom! I am WAY OCD about cleanliness when it comes to germs and when in the hospital use the sink to bath while I'm accessed and we have private bathrooms there. I do use the shower once a week when they change my needle, but even then, it's a quick shower! I just wouldn't chance anything using the community showers... ick!

Dang, now I'm feeling the need to clean MY OWN shower after reading this thread. Too bad I can't just boil it on the stove like my nebs! If only cleaning the bathroom was that easy!
